A juris doctorate graduate of the University of Arkansas, cum laude in 1998 and the University of Melbourne (Australia) LLM in 2000, Noah Davis has been practicing law in Washington since 2001.
During the past 17 years, Noah has represented clients in a broad array of areas, including, motor vehicle accidents, business and partnership disputes, contracts, trademark litigation, family law and employment matters (wage, hour, discrimination and harassment).
Noah is admitted to all courts in Washington as well the US District Court for the Western District of Washington, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and United States Tax Court. Noah has successfully argued appeals before the Washington Court of Appeals, the 9th Circuit and the Washington Supreme Court.
Noah has also served as an arbitrator and as a hearings officer.
